1. Our Commitment
At MST Handcrafted Cares, our products are handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to quality, presentation, and order preparation.
This policy outlines the conditions governing returns, exchanges, cancellations, claims, and refunds for purchases made through our online store.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, all purchases are final with respect to changes of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect product selections made by the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
* Changes of mind after completing a purchase.
* Personal preferences regarding scents, colors, or designs.
* Incorrect product selections made by the customer.
* Normal handcrafted variations disclosed in the product description.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept voluntary returns of soaps that have been opened, used, or handled.
These conditions do not exclude claims or consumer rights provided under applicable law.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us to request a review.
We recommend reporting visible damage within 72 hours of delivery to help facilitate documentation and investigation.
To evaluate a claim, we may request:
* Order number.
* Detailed description of the issue.
* Photographs of the product received.
* Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when relevant.
MST Handcrafted Cares will review the available information to determine the nature of the claim and the appropriate resolution.
For a confirmed valid claim, our preferred commercial resolution is to offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability and consistency with applicable consumer rights.
When a refund is legally required, or a replacement is unavailable and another remedy is appropriate, the applicable remedy will be provided.
The recommended reporting timeframe does not waive any rights provided by law.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, personal preferences, or normal handcrafted variations previously disclosed.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the order, available evidence, and applicable law.
Submitting a claim does not automatically constitute approval of a refund.
When a refund is due, it will be processed through the original payment method unless another legally permitted procedure applies.
The time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
5. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Orders begin processing after purchase confirmation.
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are subject to the order’s processing status.
MST Handcrafted Cares may decline voluntary cancellations once an order is being prepared or has been shipped, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
If we are unable to ship an order within the advertised or legally applicable timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the applicable options for consenting to a delay, cancellation, or refund.
6. Handcrafted and Seasonal Products
Our soaps are handcrafted and may have slight variations in shape, color, texture, weight, and design.
Such variations, when consistent with the advertised product characteristics, are part of the handcrafted process and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Products identified as seasonal sets include soaps selected according to the season and availability.
Photographs of these sets are illustrative. The scent, color, or design of the soap received may vary, provided the product remains consistent with the advertised characteristics and quantities.
These conditions do not authorize the substitution of a specifically ordered item with a materially different product without the customer’s appropriate consent.
7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom orders are prepared according to specifications previously agreed upon with the customer.
Once production has begun, voluntary cancellations or exchanges based on personal preferences are not accepted, except as required by applicable law.
Production errors, defects, or failure to meet agreed specifications will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer rights and remedies.
8. Shipping-Related Issues
MST Handcrafted Cares prepares orders for shipment and uses third-party carriers for delivery.
Transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and other circumstances.
If a shipping issue occurs, the customer should contact us with the order number and available information.
When appropriate, we will review shipping records, tracking information, the shipping address provided, and carrier records.
A delivery notification, a claim of loss, or a shipping delay does not automatically determine either party’s responsibility.
Each situation will be reviewed according to its circumstances and applicable legal obligations.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility when applicable.
Orders not shipped within the applicable timeframe will be handled in accordance with legal requirements concerning delay notifications, cancellations, and refunds.
9. Product Use and Storage
Products should be used and stored according to their instructions.
Changes reasonably attributable to improper use, incorrect storage, or handling after delivery will not be considered manufacturing defects.
This provision does not limit applicable rights concerning defects existing at the time of delivery.

11. Applicable Law
This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to transactions conducted by MST Handcrafted Cares.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, limit, or replace any non-waivable consumer rights.
